Description

Mutamba seed pods are smaller textured round pods.  These pods are beautiful natural decor in bioactive enclosures, paludariums, and aquariums.  Their ball-like shape makes them eye catching in terrariums.  They are a smaller seed pod, 0.75 to 1.25 inches in diameter, so they work well in all sizes of habitats.  We put these in our springtail master cultures.  The springtails gather on them, and we tap off the springtails that are on the seed pods into our dart frog terrariums.  Makes harvesting springtails easy!  These are also great mini feeding stations in dart frog  vivariums because springtails love to gather on them.  

PLEASE NOTE:   Seed pods are a natural product. and they will vary in size and shape.  Not for human consumption.

Live insects are shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays ONLY. Orders placed before Monday at 10:00 a.m. EST will ship on Monday. Orders placed from 10:00 a.m. EST Monday to 10:00 a.m. EST on Tuesday, will ship on Tuesday. All orders placed after 10:00 a.m. EST on Tuesday will ship on Monday.

Live arrival is only guaranteed with FedEx Overnight. We do not ship any live insects if your temperature is below 40F regardless of the shipping option you choose. Please read our full shipping policy.

FedEx Overnight is $49 and Live Arrival is Guaranteed if your temperature is 45F to 80F. If your temps are outside of this range, contact us for official FedEx hubs that the box can be held at for pick up. (FedEx Office, Walgreens, your local postal center, etc. are NOT official FedEx hubs.)

If your temperature is 40F to 45F or above 80F, we strongly recommend requesting that your box be held for pick up in the text box above the add to cart button by typing the word HOLD or YES.

All shipping options include an insulated box and medical grade temperature control pack.
