Temperate springtails are an excellent cleanup crew and additional food source. The springtails come on substrate or coco fiber so the culture can be placed on top of the substrate layer of a vivarium, and they will easily establish themselves in the habitat. These springtails reproduce readily and are an excellent feeder and clean-up crew. We feed our cultures baking yeast. This is an 8oz. culture that is at least three weeks old and contains 100+ springtails.
