Premium 39-Piece Assorted Seed Pod Botanical Pack

Create a stunning one-of-a-kind bioactive terrarium by adding a variety of seed pods and natural decor to your terrarium or bioactive habitat with this pack which includes our rare and most popular botanical pods.  The assortment of pods in this pack includes different sizes, textures, and colors.  The pods are aesthetically pleasing and have a dual purpose of being natural decor in terrariums, aquariums, and habitats; and dart frogs, small reptiles, isopods, springtails, fish, and shrimp also enjoy using them as hides.  They are great botanicals for naturalistic terrariums, and they do hold up well in humid vivariums, and they produce a biofilm in aquariums and paludariums.   The variety of this pack will allow you to create a showstopping bioactive terrarium, and you may have a few extras to add to the habitat as needed.

The photos illustrate the general size and shape of the pods you will receive.  This pack contains: 1 Bell Cup, 1 Lotus pod, 1 Talami pod, 1 Bolsa Pastor Urchin pod, 1 Tefe Rose pod (rare), 1 spider pod (less common), 3 Pau Terra Estrela pods, 1 Mahogony pod, 3 Triangle pods, 1 Cacho pod (rare), 3 Bakuli pods, 1 Para Para pod, 1 Palm Spring, 3 Velvet Springs, 3 Pear pods, 3 Mutamba pods, 1 Dragon Egg Uxi pod (less common), and 10 Casurina pods.   Please see the video for the size of the seed pods.  If you wish to add on additional individual pods that are not currently listed in our store, please message us.  

If using these pods in an aquarium or paludarium, boil the seeds for at least 20 minutes and soak them in cold water several hours or overnight prior to adding them to the aquarium.  This will release some tannins and help them sink to the bottom of the aquarium.
