Description

One of the best beginner isopods available. P. pruinosus "Orange" or "Powder Orange" are an excellent cleaner for vivariums and they are very docile. P. pruinosus are a medium-sized fast isopod. They reproduce quickly, and they have softer bodies, which make them an ideal feeder. Pruinosus can tolerate a wide range of environments including semi-arid enclosures. They enjoy a lot of leaves, cuttlebone or a calcium source, fish flake, dried shrimp/fish, carrots, and squash. Please see our blog and YouTube channel for care guides and tips.

Isopods will be shipped in a container of organic peat moss, sphagnum moss, and organic leaf litter.
