Rare Snow Koi Isopods (Porcellio scaber)

P. scaber Snow Koi is a rare morph that is white with some individuals having splotches of a light yellow/orange.  P. scaber breed slowly to moderately, and they are suitable for bioactive habitats.  We provide cuttlebone for calcium, and we supplemental feed scaber carrots, squash, dried fish/shrimp, and flaked fish food.

Isopods will be shipped in a container of organic peat moss, sphagnum moss, and organic leaf litter.

A thick layer of leaf litter at all times is the key to a thriving isopod colony.
