P. laevis White is a large-sized white isopod.  As with other laevis morphs, they are very active, a great cleaner in humid and desert bioactive habitats, and they reproduce easily.  They are also not  picky eaters but they do like a lot of protein.  Laevis are provided cuttlebone, carrots, squash, fish flakes, and dried fish/shrimp.  Great beginner isopod.  Laevis care is the same as other common isopods.  Please see our blog and YouTube channel for care information.
