Everyone's favorite roly-poly Cubaris murina species but pink in color. Papaya isopods are easy to care for and very docile.  They are a good clean-up crew member in bioactive enclosures.  We provide the isopods cuttlebone, bark, and leaves, and we supplemental feed them carrots, squash, dried fish/shrimp, and flaked fish food.  Great beginner isopod.  Keep murina Papaya the same as other common isopods.  Please see our blog and YouTube channel for care tips and guides.

Isopods will be shipped in a container of organic peat moss, sphagnum moss, and organic leaf litter.

A thick layer of leaf litter at all times is the key to a thriving isopod colony.
