These are small, broken, remnant pieces of Cholla.  We use them in isopod bins and in our bioactive vivariums.  There are 3 ounces of Cholla per bag.  Photo shows examples of 3 ounces of Cholla wood pieces.  These pieces are great if you want to put small pieces in isopod bins or under the leaf litter in bioactive enclosures.  The size, shape, and thickness of this natural product will vary. 

Cholla wood is the natural skeleton of a desert cactus, and it provides a place to hide for many animals.  It can be used in bioactive enclosures and aquariums.  Animals that enjoy Cholla are isopods, microfauna, fish, hermit crabs, millipedes, beetles, roaches, reptiles, arachnids, birds, etc.  It is also used for air plants and crafts.

FedEx Overnight is $49 and Live Arrival is Guaranteed if your temperature is 45F to 80F. If your temps are outside of this range, contact us for official FedEx hubs that the box can be held at for pick up. (FedEx Office, Walgreens, your local postal center, etc. are NOT official FedEx hubs.)

If your temperature is 40F to 45F or above 80F, we strongly recommend requesting that your box be held for pick up in the text box above the add to cart button by typing the word HOLD or YES.
